We are seeking handmade crafts, boutique item vendors, or businesses located in Chino Hills.
Booth spaces are limited to a 10x10 space. Vendors are responsible for all booth items, including tables, chairs, and displays.
Applicants must list and upload pictures of items being sold when submitting application.
No generators are allowed and no electricity is available.
Chino Hills Residents: $15
Non-Chino Hills Resident: $20
1. Applications are subject to a review process prior to being approved.
2. All vendors will be notified of their application status during the week of November 25 which will include booth assignment location, directions, check-in time, etc.
3. Payment is due once applicant is approved as a vendor.
4. Booth Spaces are limited, and priority is given to Chino Hills residents.
Please provide a brief description of what you will be showcasing or selling at the event.
Please upload pictures of the craft items or products you plan to sell. This will help us in the review process. Applications will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis. If duplicate items are submitted, a vendor may be denied to ensure a well-rounded selection at the event.
Files must be lessthan 10MB and at least 300 DPI. Allowed file types are jpg or jpeg.
Vendor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the City of Chino Hills, its officers, employees, and agents from any and all losses, costs, expenses, claims, liabilities, actions, or damages, including liability for injuries, death, communicable diseases, illnesses, viruses to any person or persons or damage to property arising at any time during and/or arising out of or in any way connected with vendor’s use or occupancy of the concession booth area and adjoining property, unless solely caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of the City of Chino Hills, its officers, employees, or agents.

I also agree to be professionally photographed or videotaped, and/or agree to have my child professionally photographed or videotaped and release the use of the photographs or videos for publicity in City of Chino Hills publications and other public information tools.
An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public space where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. By participating in this event/class/activity/program, I voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
I HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OUTLINED IN THIS AGREEMENT AND UNDERSTAND THAT FAILURE TO COMPLY MAY RESULT IN DISMISSAL FROM THE PROGRAM. VENDOR MAY BE CHARGED FOR ANY/ALL DAMAGE INCURRED AT THE EVENT SITE.
