Project Overview
The Chino Valley Fire District (Fire District) submitted an application to develop a new fire station located on Soquel Canyon Parkway and the terminus of Pipeline Avenue. The proposal includes an 11,813-square foot station building and a 6,332-square foot apparatus building. The fire station will include three (3) full engine bays, ten (10) dormitories, a battalion chief’s room and office, kitchen, laundry room, six (6) restrooms, wellness room, day room, and storage rooms. The apparatus building will include a large engine bay, office, restroom, and storage room.

Project Status
The project was approved by the City Council on January 9, 2024. Staff is currently reviewing grading and building plans. Chino Valley Fire District held a groundbreaking event in May 2024, and anticipates construction to begin in 2025. Visit the Fire District's website to learn more about the project.
