Western Hills Residences

Project Overview

Lewis Management Corp. submitted an application to redevelop approximately 8.8 acres of the existing south portion of Western Hills Golf course consisting of the following:

  • 90 duplex units
  • 97 stacked flat units, 
  • Totaling 187 units. 

The duplex units will range from 1,179 sq. ft. to 1,829 sq. ft. and will include 2- and 3-bedroom units. The stacked flat units will range from 481 sq. ft. to 1,165 sq. ft. and will include studio, 1- and 2-bedroom units. The duplex will also include two-car garages per unit, and the stacked flats will include a total of 49 garage spaces and 48 carport spaces. The project also includes 68 resident parking (uncovered), 62 guest parking spaces (uncovered), leasing office, and a community pool. The project site is identified as one of the Regional Housing Needs Allocation site under the recently adopted Housing Element.
