Plan Submittal Process
Standard Details are available for the following items:
Patio covers - Solid / Lattice (PDF)
Patio covers - Tile (PDF)
Second Story Decks (PDF)
Retaining Wall up to 3 feet 6 inches in height (PDF)
Room Additions / Remodels
Contact the Building and Safety Department at (909) 364-2780 to obtain the submittal requirements.
The permit technician will go over the submittal requirements.
Once a submittal has been deemed complete the plans will be routed to the Building and Safety Department and Planning. Separate submittals must be made to Chino Valley Independent Fire District.
Plan review time is generally 15 business days. Larger projects will require more time.
