Report A Code Enforcement Issue

Residents can report code enforcement issues to the City of Chino Hills 24/7 using Request Tracker.  In an on-going effort to maintain the quality of life in Chino Hills, Code Enforcement responds to citizen's reports of observed and alleged violations of the Municipal Code.  

Types of Code Enforcement Issues that can be addressed and reported:  

  • Abandoned/Inoperable Vehicles (private property)
  • Basketball Unit in the Street
  • Bulky Items Illegally Dumped
  • Graffiti on Private Property (Report public areas using Request Tracker)
  • Green Pools or Stagnant Water
  • Recreational Vehicle Parking Issues
  • Landscaping or Property Not Maintained
  • Lawn/Dirt Vehicle Parking  
  • Short-term Rentals (less than 30 days)
  • Signs Without a Permit (private property or public right-of-way)
  • Trash Carts (cans/bins) Visible from the Street
  • Unpermitted Home Businesses/Occupations
  • Unpermitted Construction or Signs
  • Vegetation/Objects Obstructing the Sidewalk/Street

CodeReport Code Enforcement Online Portal LogoImprovements are coming!  The launch of a new 24/7 online portal called CodeReport will soon make it even easier for residents to report code enforcement issues to the City of Chino Hills.  The new online portal is expected to launch this fall.  

Although you can currently use Request Tracker to report your code enforcement issues today, the new CodeReport online portal is expected to streamline the management of code enforcement issues and will be more user friendly.   

NEVER use Request Tracker or CodeReport for emergencies or crimes in progress, instead always call 911!
