The McCoy Residence originally served as the home of Frank and Helen McCoy. Today it has been transformed into a one-of-a-kind community facility. A beautiful stone fireplace and Art Deco bar have been preserved in the living room area which works well for small parties, dinner parties, wedding or baby showers, or meetings. The outdoor area features a lovely covered patio that provides the perfect setting for a wedding, a party, a luau, or an art show. Trellised patios flank the outdoor area and provide a sought-after setting for an outdoor wedding for 200 guests. Inside, the caterer can be at work in the catering kitchen while the bride and groom find refuge in the Bride's room and Groom's room just before the ceremony. The McCoy Residence and nearby McCoy Barn work perfectly together for weddings from pre-wedding activities, to the ceremony, to the reception.

The Community Services Department is responsible for managing the Facility Reservation process, and reservations are accepted and processed at the Chino Hills Community Center up to a year in advance.
