McCoy Barn

The McCoy Barn once housed the famous McCoy Arabian horses. Today, it's a popular venue for wedding receptions, anniversary parties, celebrations, Eagle Scout ceremonies, seminars, training sessions, and more. The 2,785 sq. ft. community building can accommodate 168 people dining at round tables or 200 seated theatre style. When the event requires space for dancing, the venue can accommodate seating for 160 guests. There is a small warming kitchen that includes a stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The McCoy Barn opens onto dual adjacent covered patios. The McCoy Barn and McCoy Residence work perfectly together for weddings and receptions, with the Residence offering elegant dressings rooms, a beautiful outdoor lawn area for ceremonies. The lawn area also serves as a lovely site for those desiring an outdoor reception or party.

The Community Services Department oversees facility reservations, which are accepted and processed at the Chino Hills Community Center up to one year in advance.

Understanding Facility Rental Rates

Rental fees are determined based on the calendar year of the event, not the booking date. This means that if you book an event in 2025 for a date in 2026, the 2026 rental rates will apply. Be sure to review the rates for the year of your scheduled event to ensure accurate pricing.
