Residential Irrigation System Enhancement (RISE)
This no-cost program offers residents an opportunity to upgrade their existing irrigation controller to a new, weather-based, water-efficient device, as well as receive an irrigation evaluation + irrigation repairs.
What Is Included
- Evaluation of existing irrigation system by a certified professional
- Installation of a new weather-based irrigation controller
- Minor irrigation repairs
- May include replacing and adjusting sprinkler nozzles, repairing valves and bad wiring, reprogramming of controller, and more.
Qualifications
- Must be the homeowner
- Must have working irrigation system
- Must have 500 sq. ft. of landscaping to qualify for a timer upgrade

Previous Participants of Irrigation Tune-Up and Sprinkler Timer Program
Participation limits remain the same: you can receive tune-up services every 5 years and sprinkler timer services every 10 years.
Example 1: If you participated in the Irrigation Tune-Up Program in 2022, you will be eligible for the tune-up services through the RISE Program in 2027.
Example 2: If you participated in the Sprinkler Timer Program in 2019, you will be eligible for the sprinkler timer services in 2029.
