Share your story!

Capture and share the images that make you proud of Chino Hills! Photographers of all ages and skill levels are invited to submit photos using the online form below.

Photo Contest Categories

  • Chino Hills in Motion - Hiking, walking, running, biking, and sports participation, etc. 
  • Beautiful Landscape - Native landscape and open space, drought-tolerant yards and gardens, rustic scenes, trails, sunrises, and sunsets
  • Celebrating Community Spirit - Landmarks, recreation classes and city events, helping others, neighborhood involvement, community cleanup, volunteers in action, school participation, etc. 

Entries must comply with ALL of the following criteria to meet eligibility requirements.

  • Limit one submission per category per person.
  • Contest is FREE and open to Chino Hills residents of all ages and photographers of all skill levels.
  • Participants under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent/legal guardian.
  • Participant will be disqualified from entire contest if more than one picture is submitted per category.
  • Photo must be of an area within Chino Hills city limits.
  • City reserves the right to reassign entry to alternate category or reject entries based on criteria.
  • The City reserves the right to reject any entry deemed not suitable for consideration due to objectionable content such as the use of profanity, nudity, drug, alcohol, or tobacco use, or cruelty to persons or animals.
  • If there are people who are easily recognizable in submission, participant entering contest must have permission to submit their image for use by the City.
  • The City of Chino Hills shall have all rights to use the image(s) submitted, and may use the likeness and/or photograph, as applicable, in any form or medium as it may select.

Winners will...

  • Be recognized at a Chino Hills City Council Meeting in February 2026
  • Have their photos displayed at the Photo Contest Art Show & Photographers' Reception in March of 2026
  • Receive prizes ranging from $50 - $250 in gift cards

The City of Chino Hills shall have all rights to use the image(s) submitted, and may use the likeness and/or photograph, as applicable, in any form or medium as it may select. Photos submitted may be used on marketing materials and projects such as our Recreation Guide & City News, Utility Box Art Project, City facilities, etc.
