The Public Works inspectors are responsible for inspection of all improvements within the City right-of-way and oversight of all improvements for residential developments.

Inspection Includes…  

• Ensuring that the improvements are constructed to City-approved plans and specifications.
• Ensuring the public’s safety during construction.
• Providing guidance to the construction contractor.

Public Right-of-Way Encroachment Permit applications and City standard drawings are available at the Engineering Counter at City Hall.
