Capital Improvements
The Capital Improvement Program (CIP) is administered by the Engineering Division. The program provides for proper maintenance of and improvements to existing infrastructure and provides for new facilities to support future development and growth.

The CIP is divided into six major categories:
  • Streets
  • Public Facilities
  • Parks/Open Space        
  • Water
  • Recycled Water
  • Sewer/Storm Drain

Project Funding
Project funding may come from any combination of City, State, and/or Federal sources.
