A Red Flag Warning means strong winds, dry conditions, and low relative humidity could lead to rapid or dramatic increases in wildfire activity. 

• Do not drive your vehicle onto dry grass or brush. Hot exhaust pipes and mufflers can start fires. 
• Take extra precautions by checking and replacing spark arrestors on any vehicle or equipment with an internal combustion engine.
• Do not discard cigarette butts out of your car window.
• No open flames during red flag warning.
• Do not use a lawnmower in dry vegetation, especially when its windy. Metal blades that strike rocks can create sparks and start fires.
