  • Status: Project entitlement was approved and adopted by City Council on August 8, 2017.  The applicant has submitted an application for modifications to the approved plans. The project is currently processing entitlement amendments, and will require CEQA review prior to a Planning Commission hearing.   

Goddard School

  • Status: Project entitlement was approved and adopted by City Council on January 16, 2018. Post entitlement review has begun for grading, landscaping and building permits.

Heritage Professional Center

  • Description: Mixed-use: medical office, hotel, retail & possible specialty hospital development
  • Location: Generally at southeast corner of Soquel Canyon Parkway and Pomona Rincon Road and east of Chino Hills High School

  • Status: Project entitlement was approved and adopted by City Council on February 12, 2008. The project is currently processing entitlement amendments, and will require CEQA review prior to a Planning Commission hearing.

Indus Light Industrial 
Project Information

  • Location: Northwest corner of Fairfield Ranch Road and Red Barn Court
  • Developer: Newcastle Partners
  • Status: Project entitlement was approved and adopted by City Council on September 13, 2016.  The project is currently under construction, with completion at the end of 2018.   

The Rincon (Formerly The Golden Triangle)

  • Location: Southwest corner of Soquel Canyon Parkway and State Route 71

  • Status: Project entitlements were approved on October 18, 2016 by the Planning Commission.  The project is currently processing entitlement amendments, and will require CEQA review prior to a Planning Commission hearing. Retail Buildings and Marriot Townplace Suites are near completion, with an opening date of September 2018.
