1. Are temporary signs allowed for my business?

Temporary signs are only permitted for grand openings and special events.

2. Do walls/fences require a building permit?

Freestanding walls and/or fences six (6) feet or less in height which are located within the required side and rear yard setback area, four (4) feet or less in the required front yard setback area, do not require a building permit. Retaining walls require building permits.

3. Does a second dwelling unit require a Conditional Use Permit?

Second dwelling units do not require Conditional Use Permits, however, they shall comply with Chapter 16.02 and Chapter 16.10 of the Development Code, and Ordinance No. 321. Link to Ordinance No. 321
