The Congresswoman's staff can help with Federal-level concerns including the Department of Veterans Affairs, the Small Business Administration, the Internal Revenue Service, and Federal student loans. Stop by the Red-Tailed Hawk conference room on the second floor in the City Clerk's Office for more assistance.   2. Free COVID-19 Testing at McCoy Equestrian & Recreation Center

    McCoy Equestrian & Recreation Center

    The City of Chino Hills continues to offer free, easily accessible COVID-19 testing to residents in partnership with San Bernardino County. Testing events are inside the barn at the McCoy Equestrian & Recreation Center, located at 14280 Peyton Drive. Face coverings are required. A parent or guardian must accompany children under 18 years old. COVID-19 testing is encouraged for everyone. No symptoms are required. Walk-ins will be accepted while supplies last. The County of San Bernardino will activate appointment registration for testing events approximately five to seven days before the event date.
