This is a Notice Inviting Bids for the McCoy Equestrian Center Barn Exterior Rehabilitation Project.

Addendum No. 1 - 9/29/2023

The City of Chino Hills (“City”) is accepting bids for the exterior rehabilitation of the McCoy Equestrian Center Reception Building located at 14280 Peyton Drive, Chino Hills, CA 91709. General work will include the replacement of the standing seam metal roof, dry rot repair, fascia replacement, wood siding replacement or cladding, and painting for the main reception building and adjacent patio structure.

Qualifications:
The Contractor shall possess a valid Class B Contractor’s license at the time of submitting bids.
Special Requirements:
The Contractor is required to complete a Bidder's Qualification Form and Contractor's Project Listing (included in Section 1.3 Bid Documents) certifying that they have met the minimum acceptable experience for performing the necessary work.
