The work comprises, but is not limited to: mobilization, traffic control, providing construction phasing schedule, residential notifications, potholing, sawcutting and removal of pavement, sheeting/shoring, exposing the existing PVC water main, lateral and saddle, replacing saddles and corporation stops, reconnecting existing water service laterals, trench restoration; and street improvements which includes: 5-ft Tapered Grind and AC overlay, crack seal, application of Type I conventional slurry seal, adjust existing utility manholes and water valve can to final grade, restoration of speed hump, and restoration of striping, pavement markings, and legends. *Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting: Prospective bidders are required to attend a pre-bid meeting which will be held on Wednesday, December 15, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at the Chino Hills City Hall, Council Chambers, 14000 City Center Drive, Chino Hills, CA 91709. Failure to participate in the pre-bid meeting will render a bidder non-responsive.
