The City of Chino Hills is requesting a proposal and statement of qualifications for professional Architectural and Landscaping services for the design of an Amphitheatre that can support City staff ideas and concepts by adding their expertise to the City. The City has upwards of 12-18 events at Veterans Park. Events include concerts in the park with dancing in front of the bands, parties and large community events. Site address is 14877 Eucalyptus Avenue, Chino Hills, CA 91709.

The submittal package shall include: in a sealed envelope: one (1) original and three (3) bound copies and one (1) electronic copy (flash drive is preferred method, emails not accepted) of the proposal; one (1) original and three (3) copies of the hourly rate schedule in a separate sealed envelope clearly marked "Sealed Cost Proposal" and a signed W-9.
Proposer must be willing to enter into an agreement with the City of Chino Hills. A copy of the agreement accompanies the full RFP/RFQ. Please review this agreement and provide the City with a written statement of your firm's willingness to accept the terms of the agreement. Please specifically identify each and every term of the agreement which your firm is unwilling to accept and the reason therefore.
