The Work comprises, but is not limited to: mobilization, traffic control, clearing and grubbing, earthwork and grading, removal of existing AC curb/dike, PCC curb, sidewalk, driveway aprons, walls, fences, sod, trees and vegetation, cold milling existing AC pavement; relocation of existing fence/gate, relocation of traffic sign/post; adjustment of utility vault/box, manhole frame and cover; construction of PCC sidewalk, PCC driveway aprons, curb and gutter, curb drain, retaining wall/curb, curb ramps, cross-gutter, AC pavement overlay; signing and striping, street light conduits, conductors, lights and pull boxes, and other related work.
FUNDING REQUIREMENTS: Project is funded by grant funding from SBCTA (San Bernardino County Transportation Authority) and CDBG (Community Development Block Grant) funds, and general funds. CDBG requirements will apply to the contract.
*Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting: Prospective bidders are required to attend a pre-bid meeting which will be held on Thursday, July 11, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at the Chino Hills City Hall, Council Chambers, 14000 City Center Drive, Chino Hills, CA 91709. Failure to participate in the pre-bid meeting will render a bidder non-responsive.
