COVID-19 Testing Available

Request COVID-19 Testing Appt

Community testing events are being held throughout San Bernardino County.  Samples are collected by inserting a swab up the nostril or into the mouth to the throat. These samples are then sent to a laboratory for COVID-19 testing. Events are free of charge and do not require health insurance.  Additional events and event details will be announced as they are confirmed. Please remember, if you are showing symptoms of COVID-19, you can still call your doctor and they can determine if you need testing. Face coverings are required at all testing sites.  Several local testing locations are highlighted below.


CHINO – NEIGHBORHOOD ACTIVITY CENTER
Hosted by OptumServe in partnership with the California Department of Public Health
Indoor Testing

5201 D St., Chino
Monday – Friday through July 30, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

All sites are open to the general public by appointment only. Please do not call the Neighboorhood Activity Center directly about testing. Click here to make an appointment. Participants without internet can call to make an appointment at (888) 634-1123. Testing is free for all individuals, including those who are uninsured, underinsured, undocumented, or homeless.



ONTARIO – ONTARIO CONVENTION CENTER (NORTH)
Indoor Testing

1947 Convention Center Way, Ontario
Monday – Friday through August 31, 9 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Appointment Only. Appointment registration opens weekly.
July 6 – 10: Appointments are no longer available.

No symptoms are required. Health insurance is not required. Testing is FREE. All clients are required to wear a face covering for their appointment.



MONTCLAIR – KID’S STATION
Indoor Testing

4985 Richton St., Montclair
Monday – Friday through August 31, 9 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Appointment Only. Appointment registration opens weekly.
July 6 – 10: Appointments are no longer available.

RANCHO CUCAMONGA – RANCHO SPORTS CENTER
Indoor Testing

Monday – Friday through July 31, 9 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
