Chino Hills City Hall, 14000 City Center Drive, is open to the public with modifications and new protocols in place. City Hall closed to the public at 4:30 pm on Wednesday, March 18 as a precaution to reduce community spread of COVID-19. Visitors will be required to wear face coverings and maintain six feet of physical distance from others. City employees will also wear face coverings. Hand sanitizing stations are provided in public areas, plexiglass barriers have been installed to protect customers and employees, and disinfecting protocols and regimens have been increased.
Customers can continue to stay safe at home and reduce the number of people with whom they come in contact by continuing to access City services by phone, email, online, or in-person by appointment. Persons who are sick, or those who are part of the population facing a greater risk due to COVID-19, should not visit City Hall.
City Hall is open from 7:30 – 5:30 pm Monday through Thursday, and from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm on Friday. Public counters close 30 minutes early for the following: Building & Safety, Planning, Engineering, and Community Services on the first floor; and Water & Trash Services, Community Services, Code Enforcement, and Finance counters on the second floor.
