Worried About a Past Due Amount On Your Water Bill? Simply Pay the Current Amount Due.

You know you paid your last bill, but your new bill has a “past due” amount?  The City implemented a new billing system in October, which delayed several billing cycles. Your current bill was generated before the “due date” of your last bill, and was mailed before your payment was recorded. Continue to pay the current amount by the due date, and the “past due” amount will be resolved once we are fully caught up. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused.

Are you an Auto-pay customer?
Please note that you do not have to take any action! The auto-pay system will simply pay the amount due on your bill by the due date, even if it is not reflected on your current bill. This issue will be resolved as soon as the billing cycle catches up. Again, we apologize for any confusion.
