Appointments are recommended and can be made by phone at (800) 879-4484 or online at www.LStream.org/CityofChinoHills. LifeStream is testing all complete blood donations for antibodies to SARS-CoV-2, the coronavirus that causes COVID-19. This testing is provided free of charge as an additional benefit to donors. This test shows whether you have been exposed to the virus in the past, not if you are currently infected. LifeStream is following all protocols including social distancing, sanitation, and cleaning. Their staff are using personal protective equipment and all donors are required to wear face coverings.
