 Mobile Recreation provides a safe after-school environment for kindergarten through 6th grade. The Mobile Recreation vehicle and Recreation staff provide:

  • Group Games
  • Outdoor Activites

All participants must pre-register to attend the program. Registration is available at the Chino Hills Community Center, City Hall Recreation Office, or online here.

Emergency forms must be submitted on the child’s first day of program.  Forms are available at time of registration, on-site, or here (PDF).

Requirements:

  1. Prior to attending each child must be registered through the Chino Hills Community Center, Government Center, or online.  Registration for the program is valid for one year and resets at the start of each school year. 
  2. An emergency form must be submitted to staff on-site on the first day of attendance. Forms are valid for one year. 
  3. Children may sign-in without a parent present. Participants may only sign out themselves out of the program if prior parent consent is provided on the signed emergency form. 
  4. This is a non-parent participation activity.
