Track and Field

Date: March 21, 2020

Starting Time: 8:00 am

Location: Chino Hills High School

Registration: January 6 through March 13. Registration is only accepted at City Hall Recreation Office (first floor), 14000 City Center Drive and Grand Avenue Park, 1301 Grand Avenue. Proof of original birth certificate is required at time of registration.

Date: Friday, April 3, 2020

Location: Chino Hills Community Park, 3280 Eucalyptus Drive

Event Check-In: 6:30-7:30 pm, Activities and Games: 6:45- 7:45 pm, Egg Hunt: 8:00 pm

Registration begins: Wednesday February 12

Fee: $16 (Must be 18 years or older to participate. Limited tickets available.)

Over 7,000 eggs will be filled with candy but some will be filled with coupons for pre-selected prizes. Over $3,000 worth of prizes will be available. As if it wasn’t hard enough, be sure to bring your flashlight as we will turn off the lights at the start of the hunt! Tickets are limited to 300 participants, so be sure to register early!

Event Rules

  • Participants must be 18 years or older.
  • Participants must have their event ticket and ID at the time of check-in.
  • No one under the age of 18 will be allowed in the egg hunt area.
  • Devices or nets to help pick up eggs are not allowed.
  • Participants must bring their own flashlight and/or egg basket.
  • Participants must act in a manner that encourages a good spirit of the hunt. Any misbehavior will result in immediate removal without a refund.

Free for all ages! 

Egg Hunt Schedules:

  • 10:30 am: Infant to 2 years old (parent assistance allowed)
  • 11:00 am: 3 to 4 years old (parent assistance allowed)
  • 11:30 am: 5 to 6 years old 
  • 12:00 pm: 7 to 8 years old
  • 12:30 pm: 9 to 12 years old

The City will provide bags for the egg hunts. Outside baskets and bags are not allowed. Please see flyer for event details and egg hunt times. 

Interested in being a vendor?


The Recreation Division is looking for enthusiastic teens, ages 13 to 16 years old, who wish to volunteer their time this summer! Volunteens will have the opportunity to assist in the following programs: Aquatics, Mobile Recreation, Special Events, and Summer Day Camp. At the end of the summer, Volunteens will receive a certificate of appreciation, letter of recommendation, and recognition at a Chino Hills Parks & Recreation Commission meeting. 

Applications will be available online and in person starting Monday, March 30. Applications MUST be submitted in person at the City Hall Recreation Office (first floor).
