The applicant is proposing install a 35’ high faux water tank to conceal a wireless facility located at 3255 Grand Avenue in the open space along the Madrugada Trail between Grand Avenue and Meadow Crest Drive. The facility will consist of the following:
- (1) – 35' Tall Faux water tank
- (15) – Internally mounted panel antennas
- (36) – Internally mounted Remote Radio Units (RRUs)
- (1) – 4' Diameter internally mounted microwave antenna
- (1) – 30' x 30' x 8' equipment enclosure
- (1) – Equipment cabinet
- (1) – 20kw generator
