The applicant is proposing install a 39’ high faux water tank to conceal a wireless facility located in the open space behind Torrey Pines Park and the Albertson’s Market. The facility will consist of the following:
1 – 26’ diameter faux water tank – Approximately 39’ in height
12 – Panel antennas
36 – Remote Radio Units (RRUs)
6 – Surge Protectors
1 – Equipment shelter
1 – GPS antenna
1 – 20KW AC generator
A 7’ Decorative wrought iron fence to surround the facility
