Requirements
All applicants are asked to bring the following items:

1. New Passport Application Completed Form DS-11

    Submit Evidence of Citizenship-               
   *Certified birth certificate issued by the county or state 
    Consular Report of Birth Abroad 
    Naturalization Certificate 
    Certificate of Citizenship

2. Renewal Application Completed Form DS-82.

3.
 Present Identification-
    Current Driver's License
    Current Government ID (city,state,or federal)
    Current Military ID

4. Provide One Passport Photo-
    Photos can be taken in the City Clerks Office for $10.00
    Quality requirements for Passport Book & Passport Card photographs 

5. Two separate checks or money orders are required 

6. A copy of I.D., both front and back (2 sided copies will not be accepted)

Processing Time
Regular Service is currently estimated at 4 to 6 weeks
Expedited Service is currently estimated at 2 to 3 weeks

*A certified birth certificate has a raised embossed, impressed or multicolored seal. The registrar's signature and date must be visable. Abstracts which do not include complete parental information are not acceptable for passport purposes. Short-format abstract certificates from California are never acceptable.

*Children under the age of 16, must be accompanied by both parents.
