Project Overview
Canyon Hills (Tract Map 14094) is an approved development of 76 single-family detached homes on a 141-acre property.The Final Map for the project was recorded on August 18, 1997.The project site is located on the concrete ski-slope on the west side of Canyon Hills Road and north of Carbon Canyon Road.Approximately 70 acres of the project site is reserved for the open space.

Approved Entitlements
The Planned Development (PD 9-163) was approved by San Bernardino County in July 1987.The Tentative Tract Map 14094 was approved by the County in 1989, and the Final Map was recorded in 1997.

Project Status
The developer needs to process and receive approval of a Tract Home Design Review from the Planning Commission.Subsequent to the Design Review approval, the developer is required to submit their building construction plans to the City for review and approval.
