2013 Design-A-Sign Contest
The City of Chino Hills' 2013 Annual Water Conservation Design-A-Sign Contest showcased talent and creativity. Local students designed water conservation signs to promote water awareness and to help them learn about the importance of water, a precious natural resource.

This year’s theme was “Catch Those Drops, Don’t Let Them Get Away.” The City received a over 300 entries. Second Grader Sebastian Shih won the Xbox 360 with Kinect grand prize for Kindergarten-6th Grade.  Ninth Grader Lauren Dickson won the Apple i-Pad Mini grand prize for 7th - 12th Grades. 

Winning posters for 2013 have been made into permanent water conservation street signs and are on display at various locations throughout the City.

The non winning posters may be picked up at the Chino Hills City yard, located at 15091 La Palma Drive, Chino, Monday through Thursday from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm, and Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.  Posters must be picked up prior to 4:30 pm April 30th.
