Delinquent Utility Bill Procedure
Your utility bill is due and payable upon receipt, and will be regarded as delinquent if not paid within the due date shown on your printed bill.  At that time a second billing in the form of a "delinquent notice" will be mailed.

When is your account considered delinquent?
If payment is not made within 42 days from the billing date (not the due date), a 10% penalty will be applied to the account.  The minimum penalty is $10.

If my account is delinquent, when will my service be discontinued?
All delinquent accounts not paid by the 44th calendar day after the billing date will result in water service being discontinued on the 45th day after the billing date without further notice.
