What Is The Neighborhood Network Program?
The Neighborhood Network Program (NNP) is designed to develop community-building partnerships between the City and its residents
and neighborhoods. Through development of these partnerships we hope to promote and foster participation and communication between residents, and City representatives to enhance and maintain the appearance, character, and community spirit of our neighborhoods.

The NNP will utilize various programs from the following areas to help develop these partnerships:
  • Crime Prevention/Safety Services
  • Youth Programs
  • Emergency Preparedness
  • California Healthy Cities and Communities Programs
  • Neighborhood Preservation (Code Enforcement)
  • Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)
  • Landlord/Tenant Mediation Services
