Chino Hills Communtity Foundation Youth Scholarship Program
The Chino Hills Community Foundation funds the Youth Scholarship Program to assist Chino Hills youth who are experiencing financial hardships. A limited number of scholarships are awarded based on financial need and recipients are able to participate in Chino Hills Recreation classes, special events, and programs.

Eligibility & Requirements
  1. Must be 17 years old and under to receive funding and be a Chino Hills resident. (Proof of residency required)
  2. Gross annual household income may not exceed the thresholds per HUD income requirements.
  3. Copy of a birth certificate is required for each dependent.
  4. All information on the scholarship application must be completed. If a question does not apply, please indicate N/A.
  5. Each child in the family must have separate completed scholarship application and City class registration form.
  6. Please select the appropriate class or event for your child's age and ability as he/she will not be granted a transfer to a different class or event once application has been processed.
  7. Only completed applications with all required documents will be reviewed, on a first come, first serve basis and until all scholarship funds have been distributed. All applicants will be notified by mail.
  8. Scholarships are awarded for up to $125.00 per recipient and may be applied towards any recreation program from Fall 2015 through Summer 2016. Scholarship cannot be used to pay class supply or material fee. All applicants are only eligible for one scholarship per year.

Summer Day Camp Scholarship
Applications will be accepted pending program availability.  Completed applications must be submitted to the City Hall Recreation Office located at 14000 City Center Drive.
