The work comprises but is not limited to: mobilization; traffic control; earthwork, construction of asphalt concrete over CAB; PCC sidewalk, curb, gutter, spandrels, access ramps, driveway approaches and residential driveways; adjustment of sewer manholes and water valves; relocation of mail boxes and other items; pavement striping and installation of street signs; and installation of conduits with pull rope and hand holes for future street lights.

| The Contractor shall possess a valid Class A Contractor's license at the time of submitting bids.
|

| 10% Bid Bond, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond. It shall be mandatory, upon the contractor to whom the contract is awarded, and upon any subcontractor under him, to pay not less than the prevailing rate of wages as established by the City Council as they apply to the work being performed.
