The principal items of work include, but are not limited to: mobilization, traffic control, sawcutting and removal of existing A.C. and PCC pavement and curb & gutter, installation of access ramp, detectable warning surface, PCC sidewalk, curb & gutter, cold milling existing A.C. pavement, replacement of A.C. pavement, relocating existing concrete bench and trash bin, relocating existing bus stop sign and post, and re-installation of traffic stripes, and finish grading of dirt back of new sidewalk and ramps.

Qualifications:
The Contractor shall possess a valid Class A Contractor's license at the time of submitting bids.
Special Requirements:
10% Bid Bond, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond. It shall be mandatory, upon the contractor to whom the contract is awarded, and upon any subcontractor under him, to pay not less than the prevailing rate of wages as established by the City Council as they apply to the work being performed. Said prevailing rates are available from the State of California Department of Industrial Relations website (***See link under Description).
