The Federal Housing and Economic Recovery Act of 2008 (HERA)can provide funds to eligible homebuyers who are looking to buy foreclosed homes located in eligible neighborhoods, including those in Chino Hills. Known as the Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP), this federal initiative is designed to meet the needs of communities that have been impacted by foreclosures. The City of Chino Hills has received its own allocation of NSP funds and has partnered with the County of San Bernardino's Department of Community Development and Housing (County) to implement the program. Beginning in January the Chino Hills Farmer's Market has NEW daytime hours. Join us every Wednesday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm at the Shoppes at Chino Hills. Vendors are on hand to sell fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts, honey, beef jerky, spices, baked goods, plants, sausage and other various items.
